Product Review: Too Faced Shadow Insurance
Too Faced Shadow Insurance $17 @ TooFaced.com
For a lot of you Too Faced Shadow Insurance is pretty old news. Its been around for a while, but in a way I kind of just discovered it. When I first felt the texture of it, I thought there was no way it was going to keep my eyeshadow from creasing. (I have really oily lids.)
I can definitely say that it didn't let my lids get oily or let my eyeshadow crease. I loved how it smoothed out my lids when I put it on and definitely makes it easier to blend shadows (Very important. Never forget to blend). Its something that will keep my eyeshadow looking how it did when I applied it, all day. Its completely colorless. So it doesn't interfere with the colors of your shadows, but it does make it a little more intense.
I can't really say I have any cons about Too Faced Shadow Insurance. At $17 its about the same price as MAC's Paint Pots. Which is what I was using before. Shadow Insurance would probably last longer, too. It only takes a very small amount to cover you lids.
If you've tried Too Faced Shadow Insurance, how did it work for you? If not, would you be willing to try it in the future?
