Turn ANY Eye Shadow Into Eyeliner
Ever get this and think … BAH! What a waste??
Well, read more on how to mend it and turn it into an eyeliner.
Items you need:
- rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle
- a quarter
- a piece of cloth, cleansing towelette, or a sponge wedgeInstructions:
- Spray a little rubbing alcohol into the cracked shadow
- Then wrap the piece of cloth around the quarter and press
- Since we’ve used alcohol, it will quickly evaporate and leave you with fresh, disinfected pressed powder!See next video on how to use your eyeshadow as an eyeliner.
What do you like to do with your cracked shadows? Would you try this?

It won't be the best quality eyeliner
But I will this is a pretty neat idea
Aww those are nice tips :D
two faced has a product that makes this even better.
I'll try the tip for de-potted shadows because I recently dropped one and it's horrible! It's a color I can't find any more so I'm just sort of trying to 'make it work' as Tim Gunn would say lol
the eyeshadow to eyeliner tip is pretty good... ill have to look around my house for some alcohol-free toner (since I live in iowa and haven't seen a single MAC makeup store in my life)
yea . too faced has somthing that can do the same thing n much more better
ok..since it is now in powder form..(disinfected powder) how do we use it as eye liner???? by using a brush??...any way we can turn it into liquid liner?..
just wondering...i dont own brushes..i just use pencil liners or liquid..might be manageable even if its texture was creamy...
