*Editor's Note: Every Friday we want to share our favorite affordable beauty products with you Lovelies. Please share your fave product under $10 with us here. Having fair skin, the dark circle under my eyes seem to never go away. I went into Sephora to ask about what I could do to conceal them. They told me about a highlighting pencil to apply in the corner of my eyes and underneath. However, the pencil was around $20! I thought that was ridiculous for just a small item in my makeup routine. I could skip it!
I did find a reasonable solution at my drugstore in Cover Girl's Smoother Concealer. They had a very light shade that was almost practically white, which would highlight against my fair skin. It's about $6 and a thick stick, which lasts longer than a pencil. I've had mine for over 6 months and I've only got half way through. I just need a little to wake up my eyes and not look like I got 2 hours of sleep the night before.
Do you like Cover Girl concealer? Have you ever used this product?

I find that with darker skin tones, more expensive brands are needed because either the drugstore brands don't carry the colors or the richness of the color isn't favorable. Well, with foundations and concealers and things like that. The colors will go from "tan" to what I'm referring to as "damn near mahogany" haha. Cheap is always better, too... glad you found a color!
Never used it, but I don't like Cover Girl much anyway. My fave is my Superstay Gloss in Golden Toffee
It STICKS and it's subtle
Never tried it. My favorite under $10 beauty product is Almay Bright Eyes Liner/Highlighter Duo. One side can be used as an eyeliner or even a brow pencil in some cases. The other side is a great highlighter for under brows, in inner corners of your eyes or anywhere your face could use a little pick me up. You can pick up this product at Wal-Mart for a mere 6.97. What a steal! Plus, Almay does a great job labeling which duo will work best for your skintone.
the biggest problem i can foresee with this is getting it confused with lipstick.
lip concealer ftl x)
I have a CG concealer too. I think it's decent, and I use the one in fair to get rid of dark circles and to cover up zits. It has good coverage and it's blendable. It also lasts forever. :)
