Vintage 1960s Beauty and Cosmetics Advertisements

Do you girls notice that the color PINK was very popular for cosmetics and beauty ads? My favorite ads are the last two...and the reason? POLKA DOTS of course!

think there's more pink stuff back then because they had less feminist ideas and the make up marketing was attempted for girly girls to wear make up...

i like the maybeline ads back then more.. they dont show the creepishly photoshopped eyelashes the way they do now in magazines..

I think they're so cute. It would be refreshing if some ads, now, would go back to a vintage look. As long as its not OVER DONE by like 20 different brands. It would be cool.
