its not a japanese invention. all those models are korean.and the end credit says its by a korean woman. and she's an artist. she created these as a kind of social commentary.

at first i thought that they were tiny led lights attached to falsies for the upper eyelid, and that they would move every time the wearer blinked. :[ a little disappointing after i actually read the post.
