• Best 2-in-1: mark.'s Scanda-lash Mascara and On the Edge Liquid Eyeliner

  Hey everyone I just wanted to let you all know what I found while reading the July edition of Seventeen.

    

  In the beauty section there is an article called "The Best Makeup."  The best 2-in-1 product..which was an expert pick was mark.'s scanda-lash hook up mascara in black lash and on the edge hook up liquid eyeliner in cleo.  On the edge is a Lauren Conrad favorite.  These come in a hook up so you just get the connector (which right now if you buy two hook ups you get the connector free!) and then you have both products in one easy tool!
