What is it? Cover Girl Smoky Shadow Blast Shadow Stick “is a smoky eye tool and makeup artist all in one brilliant shadow stick. Create a colorful smoky eye in just 2 easy steps! Available in 6 expertly coordinated duos with specially shaped ends. It’s like having a makeup artist at your fingertips.” Available at drugstores and big box stores for less than $8.00.
What did you think? This product is very easy to use. You just slide on the colors from either end of the tube and viola! You have a somewhat smoky eye. I didn’t get very dramatic results from this, but my eyes looked decent enough. The shadow is lightweight, which is nice. I did notice that there was a little bit of creasing which I didn’t like. Oh well.
Have you tried this product, Lovelies? What do you think of it?

I really dislike this product actually. I noticed the creasing too which bothers me but also I find they don’t blend well at all and if you try and put one colour on top of the other it won’t work it’ll just mess up the end you’re using.

As soon as I saw this commercial on TV, I ran to the store and bought 3.
I’m really unsatisfied with this product for 2 reasons:
1. As per the above comments, it creases very badly.
2. All the of the tubes broke in half as I was trying to use them. (The actual makeup itself.)
As with any cream eyeshadow, you’re bound to run into the creasing, so I was expecting it. As for the tubes breaking in half, I’m guessing they didn’t make the product strong enough, and I’m no Hulk.
